Lektor Select / For your candidates

See them work traffic. Then decide.

About twenty practical ATC exercises on the candidate's own device, scored the same way for every one of them.

Two things go wrong with a test-only selection: candidates who test well and then fail in training, and candidates who test badly on the day and never get the chance. Neither a psychometric test nor an interview shows anyone working traffic.

Lektor Select puts real ATC tasks in front of them first. Candidates play about twenty exercises, from simple to complex, on their own device and in their own time, inside a window you set. You get a performance data sheet and an analysis per candidate. The decision stays yours.

Where it fits in your process.

  • Early, to screen a large pool

Give every applicant the games before the psychometric tests. Motivated candidates show up in the data, and the test budget goes on them.

  • Later, to catch the ones the tests missed

Run the games after psychometric testing to see practical ability, and to give a strong candidate with a bad test day a second look.

What candidates do.

  • Play about twenty exercises that start simple and get harder.
  • On their own device, in their own time, inside the window you set.
  • Every run is scored the same way for every candidate. A bad run can be replayed, and the best score counts.
  • Optional: about 60 minutes of certified ATCO Basic study alongside the games.

What you see.

  • Real-time dashboards

Performance per candidate and per exercise, as it happens.

  • A data sheet and an analysis per candidate

What they did, how many runs it took, how the scores moved.

  • Simulator hours saved

Simulator time goes to candidates who have already shown they can do the basics.
