Run it, see the score, run it again.
Every exercise on the T3 Simulator can be repeated as many times as a student needs, at any time.
A student reads the procedure, runs the exercise in the browser and gets a score the moment the run ends. The next run starts straight after. Badges and leaderboards mark progress along the way.
Instructors see every run, as it happened.
Every attempt and score is recorded per student and per exercise.
An instructor opens a student's record and sees each exercise, each attempt and each score. Support goes where the record says it is needed. Read the other way, the same data shows when many students miss the same exercise. Then the exercise gets reviewed.
Same regulator. Same bar. Different tools.
Graduates hold exactly the skills any certified route produces. Only the method and the tools changed.
Lektor Consulting Resources Finland Oy is certified under (EU) 2015/340, the regulation that sets the requirements for controller licensing and for training organisations. The competent authority approves the training plans and issues the licences, as for any academy.
One platform, however many students you have.
Practice happens in the browser, so the number of students is not limited by rooms or seats.
Training ten students or two hundred is the same platform and the same exercises. Price follows the number of learners, and the tiers are on the price list.
One platform for the whole career.
